Meeting Minutes

·        Call to order 5:20 pm

·        Self Introduction  by  Members( Terry Lorber, Jan Hale, Byron Carr, Sue Leadbeater, Don Drescher, Kelly Dearborn-Luce and Lee Currier

·         Discussion and approval of By Laws

·        Committee Reports

Business Promotion- Jan Hale has completed the brochures and has 5,000 at a cost of $1,008 which will be distributed thorough out the community.

Motion was passed to purchase brochure stands

   Membership- 38

   Town Representation- NA

   Treasurer Report-  Notification will be sent to members for annual  dues of  $25  to several members.

        Treasury has $900.19

·        Discussion

Annual Meeting scheduled for October 26, 2004 to elect officers and new board of directors. Nominating committee of  Bohman, Lorber and Dearborn-Luce to propose new board members for the next year.

Bylaws need to be correlated for elected officials.

Networking – Suggested  show and tell meeting / or  networking format
