Our Mission
The purpose for which the CHBA has been formed is to manage the real property owned in common by the members of the association for their benefit and for their best interests. CHBA is to protect, maintain, and improve Chagrin Harbor Beach Subdivision as a community.

The Dock Install Party has been rescheduled tentatively to May 10th.
Again, this Saturday April 26th Dock Install has been cancelled / rescheduled.
Summary:
April 26th Dock Install has been CANCELLED.
May 10th is tentative Dock Install date pending dredging being completed.
May 17th would become Dock Install date if dredging is not completed by 5/10.
May 24th would then be the rescheduled date for Neighborhood Clean Up.
The Port Authority has contracted Huffman Construction to dredge our channel, as it has been determined the water level is too shallow for boats. Huffman has estimated they will be completed with this work in 2 weeks or around May 9th.
Since the dredging equipment will be near our location, our basin will most likely be dredged at this time as well.

Click the image to pull up the dockage application. Purchase your Port Authority Eastlake Ohio sticker when you pay for your dockage so you can avoid getting a ticket later in the season. Dockage applications, Proof of Insurance and Payment can be brought to the General Meeting on Monday April 14th, 7:00pm
